to main race page 10k Road Run Regulations The road run will be controlled by John Lenihan. The road run will be clearly marshalled, running east to west along the floor of the Black Valley. The Road Run Stage finishes at the Check Point 4 & Gear Depot near the road-head at Currach Mór in the Black Valley, the start of the Mountain & Abseil Stages. (Water depots will be situated at three locations along the route.) |
